By accessing or using Elementzo, you agree to be bound by these terms and all applicable laws. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

You are responsible for your account, the resources you provision, and all activity that occurs under your credentials. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our acceptable use guidelines.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

Paid services are billed according to the pricing in effect at the time of use, including committed-usage plans where applicable. Charges are due per your billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated.

We aim to provide reliable service consistent with our published uptime commitments, but the platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elementzo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that risks harm to us, other customers, or third parties.

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
